Threats On November 24th at 10:30pm, Belleville Police received a report of threats being made. It was reported that three youths approached a male in a local park, and one of the youths brandished a knife and made threatening comments. Through investigation, officers were able to identify the suspect and advised him of the grounds for his arrest. Dangerous Operation On November 18th at 5:48am, Belleville Police received a report of a female driving erratically, nearly striking a pedestrian before fleeing the area. Officers quickly located the suspect vehicle in the city’s west end and attempted to block it in. The driver reversed in an attempt to flee, striking police vehicles. Officers were able to box the vehicle in. The female exited her vehicle and after a brief foot pursuit, was taken into custody.
