Belleville Police Intelligence / Drug Unit – Drug Arrests On November 27th 2025, as a result of an on-going Drug Trafficking investigation in the City of Belleville; members of Belleville Police Drug Unit executed a controlled Drug Search Warrant on Turnbull Street with the assistance of the Belleville Police K9 and Emergency Response Unit.   Police seized: 3 grams of Fentanyl 6 grams of Cocaine $2515.00 in Canadian currency 4 Cell phones   As a result of police investigation, the following persons were arrested and charged:   Amanda Taylor, 35-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing: Possession for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl Possession for the purpose of trafficking

Threats On November 26th at 9:54pm, Belleville Police responded to a residence in the city’s east end regarding a report of threats being made. Upon arrival, it was reported that a male and a female had been involved in a verbal altercation, during which the male threatened to burn the house down. Threats On November 24th at 10:30pm, Belleville Police received a report of threats being made. It was reported that three youths approached a male in a local park, and one of the youths brandished a knife and made threatening comments. Through investigation, officers were able to identify the suspect and advised him of the grounds for his arrest. As a result, on November 25th, a 16-year-old Belleville male  whose identity cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was arrested and charged with: Uttering threats Assault with a weapon Possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose   He was held for a bail hearing. Theft On November 24th at 4:09pm, Belleville Police responded to a reported theft at a business on Bell Boulevard. Staff reported that a female was observed concealing merchandise before leaving the store without attempting to pay. Upon arrival, officers located the woman, took her into custody, and recovered the stolen items. Liquor Licence and Control Act On November 22nd at 9:54pm, Belleville Police responded to a report of a dispute in the city’s east end. It was reported that a female became combative and then left the residence. Officers attended the area and located the female outside a business. Officers observed the female to be extremely intoxicated. Total calls for service – Belleville Police responded to 115 calls for service over a 24-hour period beginning at 5:00 am on November 18, 2025 to 5:00 am on November 19, 2025. Dangerous Operation On November 18th at 5:48am, Belleville Police received a report of a female driving erratically, nearly striking a pedestrian before fleeing the area. Officers quickly located the suspect vehicle in the city’s west end and attempted to block it in. The driver reversed in an attempt to flee, striking police vehicles. Officers were able to box the vehicle in. The female exited her vehicle and after a brief foot pursuit, was taken into custody.
